These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the oktka platform and all associated services. By registering an account or using any part of the oktka platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and oktka (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the oktka website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features made available through the platform at oktka.app.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the oktka platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the oktka platform.
oktka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform or via the registered email address on your account. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important: These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English text and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.
These Terms should be read alongside the oktka Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and oktka.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
18+ Only. The oktka platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration, deposit, and participation in any game or betting market is prohibited for any person under 18 years of age. oktka takes underage gambling extremely seriously and enforces this restriction without exception.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on oktka, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended account with oktka. Only one account per person is permitted.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the oktka platform or been subject to a permanent account closure for a breach of these Terms.
- You are of sound mind and are not placing bets or making deposits while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.
oktka reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided within the timeframe specified by the platform, the account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending review.
Age Verification Process
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, all players are required to submit a valid government-issued identity document confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or another form of government-issued photo identification that clearly shows the holder's full name and date of birth. Documents that are expired, damaged, partially obscured, or otherwise unreadable will not be accepted.
Players whose accounts are found to have been registered with a false date of birth, or where the identity document submitted does not match the account registration details, will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of services on the oktka platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to a Bangladesh-based mobile financial service (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
One Account Per Person
Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one account on the oktka platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, oktka reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. oktka will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify oktka support immediately at [email protected].
Verification Timeline: oktka aims to complete standard identity verification within 24 hours of document submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Complex cases may take longer. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification.
Account Currency
All oktka accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all expressed in BDT. No multi-currency conversion is applied within the platform; the ৳ symbol is used throughout to denote Taka amounts.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
oktka supports deposits and withdrawals in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary depending on your account status and verification level.
Minimum and Maximum Transactions
- Minimum deposit: ৳500
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to your current account tier and verification status. Higher-tier verified accounts may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits.
- Daily and weekly deposit limits may be set by the player via responsible gaming controls and cannot be increased during the active limit period.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your oktka account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 24 hours to clear. oktka does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently, for which oktka accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for verified accounts using mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. oktka reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.
Own Payment Methods
You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
Important: oktka does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All transactions must be conducted in BDT via the supported payment methods listed above. Any attempt to deposit via an unsupported method may result in the funds being lost and oktka accepts no liability in such cases.
Failed or Disputed Transactions
If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected processing time, contact oktka support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. oktka will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, will credit the amount manually. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated directly with your bank or payment provider without first contacting oktka support are considered a breach of these Terms.
5. Bonus and Promotions Policy
oktka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and the IPL. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by oktka are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
Bonus Validity
Each bonus carries a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met and the bonus funds used. Validity periods are communicated at the time the bonus is issued and are displayed in your account bonus wallet. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
One Bonus Per Player
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. oktka reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or reclaim bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is attempting to claim a new-player bonus using a duplicate or new account.
Game Contributions
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rate for each game category is detailed in the specific bonus terms. Playing games with a 0% contribution rate will not reduce the wagering requirement.
Bonus Abuse: oktka has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, including but not limited to using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional errors. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
Right to Withdraw Offers
oktka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account before a withdrawal or modification takes effect, the original terms applicable to that bonus at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the oktka platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the breach:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
- Using the platform in any way that constitutes, facilitates, or promotes illegal activity under applicable Bangladeshi law or international law.
- Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market, or promotional mechanism through the use of software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools not provided by oktka, or any other technical means not sanctioned by the platform.
- Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino or sports betting contexts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or pricing anomalies in any game or betting market. Any winnings resulting from an identified error must be reported to oktka support immediately and may be voided.
- Engaging in money laundering or using the oktka platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing oktka staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise access the underlying code or data of the oktka platform without written authorisation.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
oktka reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to temporary restriction, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
7. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the oktka platform are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own individual rules and paytables, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.
Random Number Generation
All slot games and table games on the oktka platform use audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG and is entirely independent of previous outcomes, player behaviour, account status, or bet size. oktka does not have the ability to influence game outcomes.
Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on oktka, including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, international football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. In the event of an abandoned match, postponed event, or other exceptional circumstance, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's standard rules as applied by our odds provider. oktka's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round or while a bet is in progress, the affected round or bet may be voided at oktka's discretion. Where a round can be completed and the result verified from server logs, it will be settled accordingly. oktka will not be liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions caused by factors outside its direct control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Return to Player (RTP): Individual RTP percentages for each slot and table game are available within the game's information panel. These rates are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
oktka may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where required to do so for legal, regulatory, or risk management reasons.
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your oktka account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, oktka will complete any pending withdrawal requests where the funds are not subject to an ongoing investigation or dispute. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
Involuntary Suspension or Closure
Grounds for involuntary suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false identity information, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, chargebacks initiated against oktka, use of prohibited software or automation tools, and any conduct deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where a closure is made in error, you may appeal by contacting support with supporting documentation and oktka will review the case within a reasonable timeframe.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. oktka may begin charging a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 on dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified via the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oktka's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oktka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if oktka has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, oktka is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains an error, whether typographical, technical, or otherwise.
- Any interruption to the platform caused by events outside oktka's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, Acts of God, civil unrest, government actions, or force majeure events.
- Any tax liability arising from winnings or bonuses received through the oktka platform. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
- Losses incurred as a result of a player's continued gambling despite having set their own deposit or session limits on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10. Responsible Gaming
oktka is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a fundamental principle of platform operation. Gambling on oktka should be approached as a form of entertainment, never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without restriction:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be tightened — not loosened — during the active limit period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined number of hours. Reminders appear as non-dismissable on-screen notifications.
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 12 months) or permanently. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for their full duration once applied.
